  I applied since January 2021 for evaluation and treatment. They admitted me and then they had no staff to attend to my 3-year-old mellis, only 8:30 am. I insisted until September and they always answered the same thing, we do not have short staff shifts. My prepaid GALENO.

  The telephone attention for the shifts is really bad. I asked for a shift for any day in the afternoon and the automatic response was "none". Nor did they bother to search the agenda for a day off. When I returned to consult him in shifts within 2 weeks the answer was "call to see if any are released." REGRETTABLE
