  I had fantastic time. The room was a treat - top floor, really big and with fantastic views. Very quiet, really warm atmosphere, tea, coffee and sweets available 24h and let me say again the views ehhhh. Really nice staff, sufficient breakfast, 10min to the main street, very clean and relaxing. Free WiFi. All I needed but not really expected. A bliss :-) ps. Loads of stairs, cat and dog in the house and top room bit chilly - none of that was a problem for me but I do know that for some might be.

  Nice place with friendly hosts. Clean, but nothing fancy. Good breakfast.

  Not worth the expense We spent a few days there only. The positive is the breakfast which is quite good However The room we had was not clean. Opening the doors from the cabinets revealed a lot of dust from a few months. The bathroom walls were likely not cleaned for a very long time. Wifi was spotty at best. I know Ushuaia is far but we were in multiple hotels and cafes through the 2 weeks we spent here and this was one of the worst There is heating in the room but the windows are so poorly insulated that we could feel the cold wind in our face at night. Not bad if you are fine with it but not normal. This also means it's like there would be no windows blocking sound so you clearly hear every single sound (cars) passing by quite loudly. Location is also a little out of town so can be good or bad depending what you are looking for.

  Great breakfasts. Cozy rooms. Not flash but adequate. God views from most rooms.

  We spent 5 days here and the first three days the rooms weren't cleaned and the beds were unlaid, plus they smelled like cigarrettes. We couldn't close the windows and the door of one of the bathrooms wouldn't close. Even though the owner is nice, the place is not the way it looks on the internet. It doesn't make justice to the price we paid.
