::We traveled to Ushuaia for a high-performance tournament. Where none of the 3 nights we stayed had heating in the rooms or common spaces. At the time of claiming that they give me a bedspread or something to better heat the room, the girl at the entrance did not even look up to pay the claim. They gave me a blanket later on but with the cold temperatures in ushuaia it really wasn't very helpful. On Saturday we asked for a solution or we would leave the place, the owner sent the boiler man to purge the radiators to purge the radiators that left rust in the entire bathroom that clearly did not clean and nobody would do it. They never changed the sheets or cleaned the bathroom. The truth is a pity because we usually travel to ush to compete and with this type of attention it leaves much to be desired and makes us never want to stay again.

::We went to a competition and stayed 3 nights of which 2 nights and almost 3 days without heating in all rooms, they had left us with a heater and when several were turned on the thermal went off so they removed them. Only on the 3rd day they went to repair the heater, they bled the radiators and all the rust from the radiators remained in the bathroom, nobody came to clean or at least ask if something was needed. The boy and another girl who were serving, at many times very bad vibes and treated you as if they were doing you a favor. In the bedroom I was in there was humidity on the walls, the cold that entered through the windows was very cold and the underfloor heating never worked! HE DID NOT HAVE COVERS TO WARM US UP and when we asked him for a refund for at least one night he told us no. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
