::I left after 1 hour and a half without being attended to. The administrative staff put the air conditioning at 17 degrees and take care of you when they stopped looking at your cell phone and making jokes with the security guy. There is not the slightest empathy with the patient who goes to a guard, it seems that an employee of a clothing store is taking care of you. The only good thing is that the place is clean and beautiful, but if you go to a public hospital it is possible that they will treat you faster and better.

::They inaugurated a "high complexity" center with great fanfare and the service stopped working...everything is long and tedious, there are no doctors. The pediatric service is terrible, waiting for an hour without any patient ahead, the secretaries tell you that only 50 minutes have passed, at what point do we naturalize that??? They indicate an analysis on duty and they ask you to go on Monday to do it, and on Monday you have a two-hour delay. I think they turned something that worked well on a small scale into something huge that doesn't work. I can only feel empathy for the doctors who are there and who receive a highly complex case that they cannot solve due to a lack of training and resources. Please invest in human resources!!!!!
