  I am with my baby hospitalized in this institute, he had to undergo surgery for an esophageal atresia, I only have words of gratitude for absolutely all the personnel of this institute, thank God there are people like this committed to their profession and willing to give love to babies and support to the parents a thousand and one thanks but I respect the opinion of each one.

  At the beginning well, when we hospitalized our baby for covid they did not let the mother be with her. Afterwards they did not give us the reports we had to be calling, when they promised us that they would call them. They take a long time to answer the phone and you have to call several times. The strangest thing was that when it came to giving us the history, they gave it to us in Word as if anyone had done it, not even a stamp from the pediatrician or anything. They generate a lot of mistrust due to lack of communication.

  Our 23-year-old baby was saved by Dr. LORENZO TORRES ALDAY. We give her the life that Juli, despite her paralysis, we have with us. The stucki called her because she was always hungry and the nurses laughed. The only thing I have for that place is gratitude. And I would like to tell the doc. He is one of the best doctors I have ever known.
