  They summon you at 8am to request shifts, when you arrive they tell you that it's late, that the shifts were already given at 6am, and that you have to wait until the following Monday for them to be distributed again. Unacceptable! could be reported better to citizens about how the procedure is.

  It is unfortunate that you go to request an appointment for attention, they tell you that there is not and the person who is behind you in line if they give him because he works there (it just happened to me), and when you question his action they say "come later" and on top of that they deny you what you yourself saw and heard. So many professionals with the investment of years of study and training so that an administrative does not have the necessary capacity and empathy to perform in her job with empathy, fairness and altruism.
