  A disaster! We were 3 people, they charged us double while any serious place adds only 50%. There were only 2 sets of towels, the whirlpool didn't work and after our claim not only did they offer no solution but they didn't even offer a discount. Unpresentable! I never come back!

  You pay for a 5-star service with cooked sheets for one arm, with stains, worn towels, broken bathroom, black ants on the bed, without a minibar, the reception is very incompetent in all aspects and THEY DO NOT HAVE A COMPLAINTS BOOK, as established by the regulation. Zero percent recommended.

  The truth was, before it was beautiful. It was our favorite, you walked in and everything shone, there was a scent of perfume, now the towels had faded, the old stained sheets. The refrigerator was empty. The service was terrible.

  Unpresentable. Last night we went with my wife at 8:45 p.m. and they told us that the shifts were 2 hours. When they had sent me by wsp that until 9:00 p.m. the shifts were 5 a.m. And the person who attends should take a course in customer service. very rude.

  I don't know what happened but the attention is negligible. They treat you like a criminal, they don't have any more menu you have to ask by phone and they tell you that they have, (which is uncomfortable so I asked for a soda and I didn't call anymore) you have to have everything you ask for, be it food or drink pay at the time (that is, they do not charge you what is consumed when you leave) the toilet in the bathroom loose and loses when flushing the chain. The truth is that I don't know what happened, it was one of the hotels that I liked the most in the area, but they treated me very badly. IM not coming back anymore. (I reiterate the attention of super aggressive terrible reception when communicating. I felt cheated)
