::I leave you my experience with this company, we were a delivery point, they first spent 1 month to register us, then 3 months to activate the account, in the free market they never activated us as a point! As much as we complained thousands of times, they never gave us answers, they spent a month to come to put up a sign in the business that said pickit, the day a package arrived, it could not be delivered to the client, they had to be asked to come at another time and That's how it was 3 days of messages for a person to tell me that the discharge was wrong, in short, it's always a problem to deliver the packages, a shame and the only ones who win here are them. They pay you $20 per package for the responsibility that this means and on top of that you are the visible face when clients come and you have problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. If you want to have peace of mind, it is best not to send for this company, it is useless. my experience lasted 6 months of constant headaches and complaints

::I want to leave my opinion as an experience as a pickit point. 1 I do not recommend them, they pay $20 per package and the truth is that it is very little for what they charge. 2 Support agents are rude, they report everything wrong and what is good for them. later I upload photos of the chat. 3- All the packages that enter your premises are going to have problems and you have to make the person come and go about 20 times, obviously you look bad. 4- They throw the ball to each other to give you a solution. The last problem I had was that they incorrectly uploaded a customer's ID and the person came to my business every day to be able to pick up their order and they did not change it in the system. A crazy call to support and no answers. The package could NEVER be delivered.
