  Good location, but worn out and old, staff is friendly. Good cafes nearby, so skip breakfast and take it elsewhere. Bathrooms are very tiny and complicated to maneuver in. For larger persons, can be complicated to get in the bath tube :)

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! We arrived at 2 in the night to the hotel and they told us that they over booked the hotel and there was no room for us! (And other 5 families) We had a confirmed booking at Booking.com! The front door guy was super rude! He started yelling at us and trying to quick send us away on a taxi at 2am! Ridiculous!!

  Extremely poor hotel. Bathroom towel rack and soap dish broken. roller blind in the room torn . Was left with the taps in my hand when I turned on the shower. You need to climb into the bath to shower.no bath mat so you can slip very easy. Breakfast is hardly worth mentioning.i did not book this hotel as it was via my work booking but they will be informed.

  The positives: Great location on a quiet street a short walk to the vibrant bars, restaurants and sights of this bustling city. Room was comfortable and well maintained. The negatives: Limited support from the front desk. Minor infrastructure issues failed to be fixed. Not always someone who speaks English at the desk. Bottom line: a nice place in a wonderful location.

  I will never stay in this hotel again, the breakfast was bad, the bed so hard, the elevators a pain to go up and down, they will get stuck between floors...the staff will never help you with suitcases, the only thing is location RECOLETA, (but next time I will rent the apartments across the street 3 bedrooms) and full breakfast included. Staff are not competent at all...
