  The place is fine, the owner loves it but half an hour giving simple instructions by phone that could be summarized in a sheet inside the apartment. There was no toilet paper, the hot water came out with so little pressure that it fell in droplets from the shower so you couldn't take a bath, for the price it was (14k with the Airbnb commission) it was expensive, in the middle of the night a piece of durlock fell (due to untreated moisture from the walls and ceiling) and hit the glass nightstand. We all get scared. It has a garage but it is not suitable for long cars or a van because it has a second gate inside with a sharp curve that you have to maneuver a lot.
