  More than 45 minutes to withdraw Xr result. Terrible. I missed a shift with the professional, they should speed up a little more or more employees

  I had to get a holter monitor and we were 3 people, an employee came from right there and made the relative go first, it's a shame that they do that abuse. There's a reason it's by order of arrival and not by relationship

  I had an 11:15 shift, I went to the hospital 10 minutes earlier. They took a long time to receive me because there were a lot of people. I was received at 11.25. The doctor, Dr. Don, left and I was left without being treated. An absolute lack of internal coordination.

  Today they denied me care for issues they couldn't tell me. But before they invoiced the laboratory order. We all know that there is a blacklist and I must be part of it! A shame, social works should do something about it.
