  The attention in the guard is good, but it is too slow. The facilities do not follow at all the demand of patients they receive. I would especially recommend speeding up the administrative procedures since the secretarial staff is the one that progresses the slowest. The place is clean and neat. There is only one bathroom available for all patients in the on-call area. The available doctors are not enough. The guard has access for people in wheelchairs.

  THEY ARE GARBAGE AND A SHAME. They tease you and do not solve the problems that they generate for patients. Doctors are cold and they kick you out of the office. The secretaries are not kind or nice people. The telephone service is terrible because they don't answer and if they do they have you waiting 20 minutes (at least). Decadent

  Terrible.... The worst the first and last time we went to that place, the doctor who treated us washed his hands totally, we went for a solution and nothing... I never set foot in that sanatorium again, I mean we know what We went and the unprofessional doctor, as I say, washed his hands and did not give them any kind of solutions, something that has a solution.

  I arrived at the emergency room at 8:51 p.m., at 10:30 p.m. they called me to pay, it's 11:15 p.m. and there are 15 people before. Can't care be organized in any other way? Nobody is for pleasure. It is a private clinic and if they put more staff, they will never lose. Little staff, friendly from the guards to the doctors, but it is a problem of the Directorate of the clinic. I write here, because you do not respond in attention to the "customer".
