The truth is that if they tell you to bring a family member, think twice, because they don't get worse because of the disease they have, they get worse because of the doctors who don't know what a patient has.

It may not be my job, but what I know is that when you work in contact with people, you need education and attention, you cannot start a conversation two minutes after you arrive from your break (which takes half an hour more) and leave the client waiting ONLY because you want to hear what your partner did yesterday... They should put qualified people or people who really want to work, because if we speak with the truth, they devalue the sanatorium and the doctors there. And not to mention that if you come by mutual they give you shifts for two months here AND IF IT'S EARLY, but if you ask privately, of course, they give it to you for that same day. It is unacceptable to pay a mutual, work for your retirement and break your back for it, when it does not help you, because there are things that are urgent
