  Today we attended with my newborn daughter, we were waiting 40 minutes to be received, when the professional was waiting for us. The attention of the receptionist was unpleasant, first there was a delay in opening the street door for us, then the office and then she did not announce that we had to withdraw a number and wait seated for her to announce us. Very little consideration, there were many puerperal mothers like me with their newborns waiting inside and outside the place due to the delay in receiving patients. They should put more people to attend with better predisposition and learn to treat people, but they should dedicate themselves to something else. It is a pediatric center should have more space for children and parents to sit.
