  Nice place and good doctors. The care process is a disaster and the people in charge of care are not in the best mood. Phone service is terrible and whatsapp is too informative and limited. They require better management and updating of attention and income processes

  They never answer the whatsapp that is to take shifts and also the information on the page is outdated. 10 days trying to make a shift with an ENT doctor and when they attend to me it turns out that there is none,

  Recibí muy buena atención en la guardia en un fin de semana. Buen trato, celeridad y profesionalismo por parte de médicos y enfermeras.

  They should improve the attention of the secretaries who give shifts, they do not have a unified criterion. There is a whatsapp to expedite shift requests which they never answer.
