  My son Walter Ayala was admitted on February 27, 2021, he had an aneurysm that was never discovered, he was discharged neurologically on September 5 but they let him go on September 6, that same day at three in the morning they call us to tell us that he had a stroke and they were operating on him, three months later I found out because I asked for a medical history, that he had fallen out of bed and had head trauma, they had never told us that. On the same March 6 they transferred him to another clinic (they washed their hands) on July 23 they transferred him from the neurological rehabilitation clinic back to this place because he had already had a respiratory arrest, after doctors from the clinic discussed with doctors from the ambulance, my son stopped breathing and when they took him up to therapy they had to revive him, later and after the transfer I fought to get it signed for me, we found out that he was brain dead, on September 1, 2022 my son left. I hope you can never forget me because if I made a mess, I did it to try to save my son but it was too late, you had already killed him.... I never threatened anyone or insulted them, I just screamed and cried for a doctor to sign the transfer after 24 hours of waiting, my 25-year-old son is not here today and I blame them 100%

  The only thing I take away from the place is that I received better treatment when it came to feeding my grandfather than in the nursing home. My grandfather went in and out several times and there was never a professional to take care of the family, we went every so often, he told us to wait and then we found out that he had left. They told us that they were not going to operate on him and later we found out that he was in the operating room, they said that they did not need a transfusion and then we found out that he needed it... so a lot of decadent things about the attention to my grandfather as a patient and to the family as responsible and interested I don't recommend it, if they can skip for Pami elsewhere, better.

  Let's see, I took my old lady on duty due to a fall, the medical attention was quick and complete, the doctor ruled out something serious through exploration techniques and a complementary study and requested an interconsultation because there was no traumatologist on duty (there must be a traumatologist) so on the professional side they handled themselves well, the waiting room is a very small 4x4 everything and as we passed there was an administrative gossiping in front of the elevator and as we passed she walked backwards and took me on, instead of apologizing she simply said "no I have eyes on my back", 2 meters away from where I was blocking the corridor, a sign said" do not occupy the corridor or stop in front of the elevator ", the attitude of an employee makes me very upset, if that is how she addresses a family member companion I do not want to imagine how they will treat the elderly patients of PAMI who are the majority who attend, hopefully the behavior of the non-professional staff does not affect the very good care of the doctors to the patients. I am a Bachelor and Professor of Nursing, I know the health environment very well

  To the grandparents bad attention. Observe strange things for those of PAMI in the ICU, my mother was not so bad, she was lucid, a urinary tract infection entered the clinic, she was taking antibiotics for that matter. we kept her up to date when they began to treat her there she lost her lucidity a few days later it was noticed that everything she said did not agree with the studies we had done, artificial respirator made her pathetic and suddenly she died of a multiple failure along with others , "I don't believe them" nothing clinical about terror. They forget that one day they too are going to be old, that people just like them can touch them. "Everything returns in life". No one escapes God's justice

  AWFUL! I call to ask for a shift, FIRST I HAD TO CALL 3 DAYS IN A ROW, YESTERDAY 07/13 they answer me and then when they are about to give me the shift they CUT ME OFF!! and today I manage to communicate again and they tell me that THEY ARE NOT GIVING TURNS OR ATTENDING URGENCIES... What are they for? THEY ARE A DISASTER !!! Too bad there aren't ZERO STARS, IF I DIDN'T PUT THAT BECAUSE THEY DON'T DESERVE ONE!
