  For me the worst. They lack blankets, clean sheets. The few wheelchairs that exist are very battered. Visiting hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you are accompanying someone, they will not let you leave the room until that time. They lock the doors and the expensive kiosk. VERY BAD!!
