::I do not know why they have a telephone if they do not attend more with the pandemic that you can ask for shifts ect x telephone a shame to see if the director gets the batteries and that they answer the phones.

::Dr. Mosqueda's secretary never answers the phone. It is only in the afternoon and in the morning they attend and they do not want to take a shift and cut off communication. Secretaries are rude. In the midst of a pandemic, one has to go in person to be given a shift in a sanatorium because they are not able to answer the phone.
