  They don't answer the phone. Transfers are pornographically slow from that entity to another. I thought state banks and their apps were the worst, well I found the worst so far. First prize for inefficiency.

  14 days ago, I went to close the account, and still nothing. They tell me that there is still no resolution. Resolution?? They decide for me money, my data. Some scammers. I have to go back to re-sign a thousand papers, after all, the only time that counts is theirs. I can't wait to no longer belong to a bank that charged me what it wanted for 20 years

  Although it is not a direct opinion in relation to the attention of the staff if in relation to the care of the place, by outside impeccable. It really has not been the worst thing I saw inside on a weekend that was not long. Something to take into account.

  The Place its undertaking some layout changes, the ceiling its not completely covered so you are able to see cables and air ducts which are not pleasing at all. They've only got one person at the Reception, which doesn't even have a frame to indicate it is the reception. The overall experience is not pleasant to the client
