  THEY ARE A DISASTER, LEAVE A DEMAND AND CALL AGAIN TIMES WITHOUT GETTING AN ANSWER. I WAIT A WEEK FOR THEM TO SEND AN EMAIL ASKING ME FOR DOCUMENTATION AND AN EMAIL ARRIVED INFORMING THAT THE CLAIM WAS ENDED BECAUSE I NEVER SENT WHAT I REQUESTED, SOMETHING THAT NEVER HAPPENED. THEY TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOBODY SHOWS THE FACE

  I had a bad experience. I wanted to withdraw $880 from Banelco and they did not give it to me. I wanted to withdraw $880 of self-consumption and they did not give it to me. The minimum $1000 that I don't have. They forced me to have to bring my ID to withdraw the money. I showed the branch treasurer my debit card and gave her my document number, but it didn't work. I am 81 years old and I live 12 blocks from the Bank, but that did not matter to the Treasurer. I want the Bank to give me the $880 with just the debit card. I wait an answer.

  Ask for a health pass. It is segregation = Discrimination, coercion, it goes against human rights. The vaccine is not mandatory, therefore the health pass is invalid. They can't keep people's money. I'm going to a prosecution against the manager.
