  The bank's slogan should be that of the great René Lavand “You couldn't slow down”. They get paid not to hurry apparently... and the phone or chat service is the worst there is. They are the non-solution to queries and problems, they tell you anything and on top of that they contradict themselves. I had Citibank and it was a luxury. When Santander bought retail banking, it destroyed everything.

  Crazy how slow the employees are. Half an hour to solve a bullshit. The place is very nice.
