  I just had to withdraw money, the thing was long and when I managed to enter there were 2 out of service and when I wanted to withdraw from another 2 more they went out of service. At least put someone to organize.

  I've already tried all the telephone channels with super line, social networks, home banking app and now I've been waiting for 3 hours inside the bank and they don't answer me. I'm being charged for a renewal that I canceled.

  We are clients of the bank. They did not take my report about the checks that had been stolen from me. In no other bank, without being clients, I had problems to carry out the procedure. But in this yes. A very inefficient system. Zero collaboration with the client. Bureaucracy to the extreme. They did not solve the problem for me, quite the contrary. They complicate people's lives, instead of making it easier. We will immediately proceed to close the account. I do not recommend to anybody. Appalling.
