THEY MUST IMPROVE. The phones don't work, when they work they don't answer them, they don't read emails and the list goes on.

  I want and must emphasize the cordial attention of Ms. Camila at the reception. He efficiently gave me his help in my paperwork regarding a Pami holding account belonging to my mother, who has just passed away. I must also highlight Mr. Sergio, a security company guard, who for many years has been ready to help us clients. Undoubtedly in companies the human quality of their staff is their greatest asset.
