::How is it possible that literally half of the ATMs are out of service? It is not a thing of today, it happens all the time. I wasted over half an hour making a deposit in the customer queue where 2/3 of the ATMs were down. To crown it, when I left I went to put alcohol gel on and the bottle was empty.
