  Even being a customer, the attention is really bad. Except for the man who is in security who is very kind, the rest is a disaster. Really sad how this bank has collapsed. 🏧 ATMs lack maintenance, weekends are no man's land, a lot of dirt and if it's a long weekend they sure don't have money or don't give a ticket. Always the same for a few years now, and it goes from bad to worse. 🅿️ Both corners are reserved for bank parking, so there isn't even a single spot available to park. ⭐ If I could rate it without a star I would.

  The ATMs are often out of order and parking is chaos.

  Nobody gives you a ball ... only a computer walks you through the entire menu, zero customer service ... direct red

  It is impossible to communicate by phone with the Bank, they never attend you. On Twitter it takes 3 days to reply. And at the branch they treat you like turtles. There are 5 boxes, you have 3 people ahead of you and you are an hour waiting. They don't give the calculations.
