It is one of the few entities/institutions that have a defibrillator (congratulations). It has a very good service to the public, BUT the treatment they have in the box sector, not because of their employees, but because of the shit system that grants the TURNS is amazing. A VIP customer can be served in 10 minutes, and one with a mid-range account in 2 hours. Poor non-clients or those who have a little account. It is a fairly general problem today, discrimination in this sense, and Consumer Protection or the BCRA should regulate this so that there would not be SO much difference.
