::Today I went to the branch of the new shopping center at 1:00 p.m. since it appeared that it closed at 3:00 p.m. (obviously that information is wrong, like everything they provide!). I had to get closer because I've been calling all morning for the supposed phones they have but not one of them works!!!!!!!! A disaster!!!!!!! As I approached at 1:00 p.m., they told me that not only did it not open until 3:00 p.m., but that it was also closed! They sent me to the Humberto primo branch (which supposedly closed at 1:30 p.m.) which I arrived at at 1:29 p.m. and they did not want to attend to me since they are withholding MY MONEY!!!!! All a mess! Personal attention, telephone attention, online attention, nothing works!!!!!!! They are total idiots!!!!!!! Tomorrow I am going to close my account in this disastrous bank because there is no other word to describe it. A complete disgrace. It is a pity that yes or if I have to put a star because they don't even deserve that.

::Terrible customer service via phone. They do not attend and do not facilitate the acquisition of shifts. Disaster. In days like the ones we live in, they should provide a better service that does not require presence or at least facilitate other possible channels for procedures that require presence. They are not prepared as a company to carry out a correct user customer experience.
