  Very bad customer service. They post a phone that no one ever answers. Taking an appointment for personalized attention is the same as going to take a nap in a chair. Very little staff (there was reduction), it fills up with customers waiting. There's no respect. But the costs continue to rise. It seems that they want to have fewer customers.

  Good place, good attention, the only thing that the ATMs deactivate deposit after 00:00. This service is needed 24 hours. Like in other cities. I edit because we are in 2022 and they already solved it. In my case, they always treated me well and explained everything to me. The problem is when the client speaks badly, has no education, and it is thought that customer service is the owner of the bank. The only thing that confuses me is the online Banking, because the system lacks more details. They would have to be like the one in Spain, it is super complete and it is not so confusing when finding x option

  I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY HAVE A TELEPHONE, IF WHEN YOU NEED AN EMERGENCY, FROM 10AM TO 1PM I COULD NOT COMMUNICATE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

  They are garcas. They want to collect a debt from an account that I myself wanted to write off last year. They told me not to cancel it, because it was free, that it was convenient for me to continue having it. Now they tell me it wasn't free. Are the worst. Do not go to this bank. They are scammers... on top of that they don't attend to you. They treat you bad. Very bad service. The worst bank.
