::A very nice and neat hotel, the service to the clients is great. The prices are a bit expensive for local people, becuase of the salaries. Overall very good hotel, recommend it.

::It's a very good location. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is included in the price of a room. The breakfast is like a mini buffet. Not the typical Argentine breakfast. They have a great selection of breakfast items.

::Very nice hotel, clean and good service. It was the first time I went to a mega-city. I loved! Visited Botanical Garden and Japanese Garden. A lot of walking to discover the city. A guided tour by bus to see more but also to know the history of the city. The architecture of the buildings is superb. A walk in the harbor is a must. Street artists, beautiful discoveries We stayed for 5 days and it was enough. A big city is noisy! Attended tango shows. Wow!

::Elevators are very small but it's not a huge deal as there are many. Rooms are clean, only 2 towels and 3 keys for 4 people, not enough outlets, but more than many hotels, everything made annoying noises (buzzing sound from ceiling fan switch, fan itself started to make thumping noises after a while spinning, minibar fridge made ticking sounds every so often), made it difficult to sleep. Light switches on weird locations, key is required to keep power, making the first entrance experience lousy with darkness (also blackout curtains were closed when coming into the room), making the first experience as I sad super dark, making everything feel dinkier and smaller than it really is. Also, windows giving to an inside light shaft, yet have bars on them. The shaft could have been a pretty insideish green garden, but instead its industrial cold and filled with cigarette butts. Hallways are fairly small. In general, an ok hotel, good for the price and location, rooms are fine, but in general everything lacks the small attention to detail that would make an acceptable experience a good one. None of my complaints are hard or expensive to fix, they're just connected to a lack of care from whomever is in charge. In short, the owner could use staying one night in the hotel to figure out all these things out. I would give 2.5 stars, as it's positively mediocre, but under right management it could be easily a 3-4 star review.
