Muy buena atención! Y precios super bajos (en comparación con los precios de la competencia). Tratá de comprar con anticipación porque tienen bastante demanda. También se puede comprar por teléfono e internet.

We went to Colonia express after visiting this company and paid a LOT less, even though they told us prices are almost the same for ferry tickets. The Colonia express is right across the street from Seacat so you can walk from one shop to the other comparing prices, which I recommend. Colonia express is much more efficient (they have a computer at the front with all the prices) and quick.

Seacat is a brand which appears to be owned by Buquebus, or be a subsidiary of it. In fact I don't believe it is either but they are certainly collaborating at a level way beyond what you would otherwise expect from competitors. Seacat is used to optimise foot-passenger load on the large Buquebus car ferries in a way which I consider dishonest and crooked - and I'll explain why... This do this by selling advance tickets for a joint Buquebus/Seacat sailing until the point where the Buquebus is full. They then split Seacat customers off onto a small foot-only catamaran which they run together with the Buquebus - only because the Buquebus and Seacat boats can't leave the port simultaneously they delay and re-issue all the Seacat customers tickets ~45 mins later so the boats have enough space to leave and enter ports. When they do this, the Buquebus will still have foot-passenger space at the original time you booked and no matter how you ask them to reinstate you to your original sailing time they will refuse you and tell you that you need to buy another ticket, this time direct with Buquebus, for the original sailing time, at a cost of thousands of Pesos. They will be adamant with you that they are different companies when it's convenient to them, but they will also act collectively as one company when it suits them commercially even if it's inconvenient to you. You queue at the SeaCat check in desk and are greeted by someone with a Buquebus shirt on who can't help with a SeaCat complaint. You ask to see a Seacat manager and you're taken to a Buquebus manager. I do not believe they would get away with this behaviour if they operated in Europe. Only use this brand if you can afford to have your crossing delayed when it suits them commercially to move you to another time, even though the original sailing is still happening and regardless of the inconvenience it will cause you: "45 minutos es solo dos mates para mi!" said Luis Larrosa the manager in the Colonia terminal whom my complaint was escalated to and who was completely useless and unhelpful. It not about cups of tea when it jeopardises an international connection and your attitude is why I'm writing this review, Mr Larrosa. One irony is that their strapline "Para llegar en tiempo" or "Arrive in time" can be shown to be bordering on fraudulent because of their behaviour and approach I believe that they can be shown to be, in fact, the least capable of all operators for getting you to your destination on time. Either their foot-passenger service is delayed by the larger and hugely inefficient Buquebus loading cars south-american-style or you're delayed onto an exclusive foot-passenger service and when you object you're met with stone wall. Use Colonia Express.
