::A shame, the scheduled increase is for 10/01, at 23/09 on 30/09 they already charged us with the increase, according to the beachgoer, THE MANAGER PUT THE INCREASE BEFORE, there was no supervisor to talk to. We are going to charge before the day of the increase to avoid it, make the claim directly in Shell, that money goes to the manager, because all the other Shell branches passed and no increase before time, and what's more, the morning of 01 , nor did the others have the increase. A theft!!
