  I am in BA for two months on a vacation/work trip, and I tried other kosher butchery services as well. This place was by far the most pleasant and fastest. You can also notice the quality of product is high, and you can notice the people there put a lot of love into their work- That alone wins me over! I had a slight language barrier, but they were very accommodating and patient, both on the phone and in person and made the effort to understand and serve to my needs. I am satisfied with what I bought, and will continue to come back. I don't know if the person I spoke to was the owner, but I Wish the shop and everyone involved a prosperous and successful business, and thank you for making it easy for those who are searching these special services.
