  More than an hour waiting for an emergency of an elderly person. I had to go back to reception to remind them that there were people unattended. The staff were chatting and told me they "hadn't noticed." Bunch of useless.

  3 days in a row calling by phone to get a shift to 7 different interns. They do not attend. It is bad attention and waste of people's time. Being able to solve an issue without having to go to the place, and then go back.

  The service at the windows is very mediocre: reluctance, impatience, extremely bureaucratic. In times of digitization, they make older adults go 2 or 3 times for administrative procedures. We approached half an hour before the study, without people in front to be admitted and we have been waiting for more than 45 minutes. It is supposed to be a private service...
