  I went for a coffee and a sock with jyq that was dry and old, I told Jazmin the girl who attended me and she answered me very rudely, considering that they are in a hospital they should have a kind treatment with people , much more than in any local . They exchanged the product for another very reluctantly. None of the 3 apologized. A disaster and I repeat much more in a hospital they would have to be more careful who they hire.

  For the second time I passed by the place. The location is excellent, and I emphasize that the company has set up a branch, it seems excellent to me. Regarding the attention, I feel that there is an opportunity for improvement and also in the quality of the final coffee product that they deliver (making the comparison with other starbucks in Bs As). In addition, after the purchase, we were given a piece of paper suggesting the rating that we should give the post-purchase store for a survey. It really made me feel uncomfortable.

  Occasionally there are new guys who make the drink wrong. But in general it is very good. The Loyalty program always gives us something, it's a relief to have the SB in there.

  On Tuesday I ordered a moccha maass rich pistachio frappuccino! But I just asked for the same and it didn't taste like coffee or pistachio, but milk, I told the girl, she told me it was fine like that but she made me another, she did it the same. A disaster! I realized that he did the same but his attitude was already an ortho. So it was, never again!

  An Oasis in the middle of the Hospital, beware, the Hospital dining room is good, but for lunch or dinner, if you want to have a real coffee, the only option, without leaving the Austral, is Starbucks. There is no seating.
