::More than 5 months ago I made a cancellation of an online purchase that never arrived. I called them more than 15 times, they started 5 claims in their system and they still haven't returned my money, saying that they will do so shortly, or that I should check allegedly non-existent credit notes. I am really tired and outraged. They do not comply with the law, they do not keep their word and they only make excuses. Not to mention that with the current reality, in these 5 months I only lost money. It is the worst online shopping experience I had in my life, I do not recommend them at all. Take charge at once.
