  This is sushi with a vegan flair. You can get tofu sushi, sushi with almond cheese, etc. The only type of fish available (at least when we were there) was salmon. Altogether, its decent sushi but nothing spectacular. A nice change of pace if you've been traveling in smaller towns and are looking for some diversity in your food.
