  We went with my family on vacation. We feel at home. The view takes all the applause. Peaceful place. All the staff are very friendly and ready for everything we need. Many thanks for everything!!!

  My son traveled on December 22, to the Tagore hotel, with the Recrear company, there were days that he liked the food and others that he did not. The air conditioning did not work at all! The small pool! There were two problems, a door was broken for which the parents had to pay $40,000, and the other broke a wall that had already been repaired and had to be paid $8,000. The insurance that Recrear gives you according to the hotel owner does not cover it!!!!! And Recreate does not take charge! Last day the boys had to go on an excursion and if the damages were not paid it would not be done!!!! It lacks a lot to provide a good service! Both to Recreate and to the Tagore hotel 🤦🏻‍♀️

  (First of all, I want to clarify that I went with my schoolmates) Everything was fine, but the rooms lacked cleanliness, the location is excellent. The problem was the service, more so, the food. Food always cold and lacked flavor, one of my friends always had to go get salt and it was very annoying.

  We came with a school contingent. Most nights the food was served cold, or late, with nights where the guys at some tables ran out of dessert. They wanted to charge us for towels that were cracked from old. Not recommended.
