First time here and I’ve loved my experience. Very clean and tidy, well maintained grounds. Staff were polite and informative. The falconry/ birds of prey show was the best I’ve seen. The birds were just majestic. Wow. That was the highlight of the day. Peacocks were freely walking around and it was a beautiful sight. A bit crowded at the entrance but once inside it’s nice and spacious. Car park is a bit of a walk to the entrance. Will be visiting again.

A beautiful property that seems more focused on selling plots of vines to wine lovers, than creating a luxury resort experience. We arrived after a long journey from Peru, only to find that the pipes were delivering muddy water to our unit. After calling the reception, we were told that it was going to be fixed, but no update was given leading up to dinner, leaving us wondering if we could even take a shower on the first night. It took two more calls before they finally identified an issue with the pipes, but throughout the entire ordeal, no service recovery was attempted. At the very least, I expect an apology and an offer to move us to a new room after 4 hours of failing to get something as basic as water to work. By then, I might add, we had already gotten muddy water in some of the kitchenware. (We discovered the mud when boiling some water) But no one came to clean the soiled kitchenware, even during turndown. The next day, the jets in the outdoor jacuzzi stopped working, regardless of the water level (see video). Again, it took two more calls before someone came to fix it. Again, no attempt at service recovery was made. At that point, leaves and other organic matter was coming out of the jets, but I’d given up on calling reception, so I just lived with the dirty water, and showered after using the jacuzzi. The next few properties that we stayed in with outdoor tubs and plunge pools never had these issues. The kitchen area was also bizarrely stocked. There wasn’t even a proper pot and utensils to cook something as basic as pasta. We tried boiling water in what looked like the lone ceramic pot, only to realise that it was a decorative plastic pot after. Why bother marketing the place as a furnished villa with a kitchen, if basic cookware isn’t even provided? Has any staff even tried making the simplest meal with the tools provided? Or did housekeeping forget to restock the cabinets during turnover? There were also missed opportunities to delight us. For example, upon checking in, we mentioned that our luggage was lost. The staff commiserated, and that was all. But surely for a hotel at this level, she should have offered to call the airline to check on our luggage? We’ve had other hotels do it before. The main saving grace of this property were the activities. The empanada making class was excellent, and we had the best empanadas of our monthlong trip in Argentina here. The sunset horse-riding was good fun. But overall, the hotel really needs to retrain its service and maintenance crew, if it is to compete at this price point.

📌As breathtaking as the pure view can be, the hotel services leaves much behind. In all different aspect its service is an absolutely lack of all the hotel inspires for. What a shame! 📌Breakfast was a really disaster! “Buffet table” was almost empty, even at different mornings and coffee took forever to come! Service was poor and quality and variety of food as well. 📌The shampoo in the room was in the wrong bottle so I was taking a shower with shampoo and washing my hair with soap, until I realized and asked them to be changed, surprisingly, they didn’t. 📌Coming back from a vineyard , carrying literally on our arms, box of wines, we asked for help to be carried on a golf car but they were not allowed to do it (even though they have them park on the main door) 📌 Dinner was more a well known name of the restaurant than the actual taste of the dishes. Moreover, they had a ridiculous expensive list of wines which none were catching our paladar. Besides, the wine cooler was broken and the wine was served warm! Once again, all this experience with a poor service. Almost begging for catching a waitress attention. 📌 I suggest they make a better training of their staff and a research of what to offer for what they charge. You definitely don’t get what you pay for. 📌Stunning view and remarkable design and decoration.

We went there just for dinner at their 7 Fuegos Restaurant, a Francis Mallmann establishment. The premises are hands-down spectacular. The food was nothing to write home about. Francis' other gig close-by at the Kaiken winery offers a much cosier experience, better service and better food. I mentioned earlier, having dinner with the sun setting over the Andes, with softly lit vineyards in front of you and a pond to reflect the whole vie for double the pleasure is truly phenomenal. Go there for the ambiance, don't get disappointed by the food.

First and foremost, they honored the reservation that got cancelled due to Covid - three years after paying for it, and 3rd time re-booking it, they honored the reservation. The villas make you feel like you are at home - a really nice home. The grounds are tranquil - you are amongst the vines, the villa was on a pond teaming with life, and the view of the Andes is all just spectacular. The service was excellent. I especially liked the extensive communication pre-trip to make sure our itinerary was setup with the activities we wanted to do. The food at the restaurant was also excellent. A great experience!
