  I do not recommend this hotel at all, disgusting! They show you the photos of the new hotel and when you go, they send you to the old, horrible, dirty rooms, without hot water. The bad treatment, the breakfast disgusting. The worst place in the caves. I stopped with my boyfriend one night because we were traveling hours ago on a motorcycle over 1000 km we had done and we entered the caves to sleep and continue our journey. We bathed with cold water, there was a smell of tuco throughout the hotel, which reached the room, post disgusting. And on top of that the employee the next day was offended because we told her to lower the price because it was a total disaster. A ridiculous one. The WiFi doesn't work either. Nor does it have to plug in and charge cell phones. Disaster
