  Indignation!! I went with my mother on Monday 1/25/22 to the spontaneous demand of Associated Traumatologists, "Dr." Nally Francisco José attended her. I explained that my mother had been suffering from intense pain in her foot for a couple of days (2 guards, 2 times abulancia service, ....). The doctor." He said: – It is not a matter of going around the city and adding medication for no reason. He asked for an x-ray. While we were waiting, my mother suffered a kind of ischemia, unable to speak and unable to move. I was helped by the ray secretary, the radiologist, a Dr. (I didn't know his name) and the people in the room. My mom had 90/60 blood pressure, excessive sweating, very pale, and a lot of pain. The "Dr." insisted:-that we should not get nervous due to a drop in blood pressure, that this was not a heart attack! He always talks like that, can't you understand him? – he asked disrespectfully. He requested an ultrasound. And seeing a thick substance and under all the events and symptoms exposed, he maintained that it was an accumulation of blood. He ordered MRI, ice and stand up. The next day... it got worse! She was hospitalized with significant anemia due to the serious infection she had. I went to Associated Traumatologists for many years, they always treated me well, unfortunately this guy is the exception. There were symptoms and antecedents exposed in the consultation more than clear to refer her to hospitalization. Disrespectful, arrogant, zero empathy. If you really have no interest, dedicate yourself to something else. Total lack of professionalism! It took me a month to make the note because my mother ended up in surgery and was hospitalized for 26 days, luckily she was well cared for.

  They did not want to attend to us because they say that the guard is until 8:00 p.m. (there were 2 minutes left) on the web it says that it closes at 8:30 p.m., a disaster, it was not yet 8:00 p.m. They can verify it on the cameras!!!
