  Although ours was an extraordinary situation, my story demonstrates the lack of values ​​of this company, of stealing an important sign of a wedding that they did not do, at such a vulnerable moment for everyone. I hope no one has to deal with these people... Our wedding was affected by COVID and we couldn't do it, apart from this TREE catering took advantage of us and stole our money. We live abroad and for me it was a dream to have my wedding in the country where I was born. We met some amazing wedding planners (Tres Planners) who helped us hire the best in the industry. Since most of our guests are from out of town when COVID hit, we tried to put it off for a month but realized as things got worse it was going to be impossible to reschedule our wedding to another date. Very sad, we canceled 1 month before Argentina closed since in the country where we live they were already closing. With the help of our planners, all the suppliers sympathized and returned most of the money, but they told us that TREE CATERING said that "WON'T RETURN ANYTHING" Being this a majority sum, we wanted to try to understand why they would not return our money , they never stopped working even in a pandemic, doing lunch services, etc. and we called one of their owners Agustin. Agustin was never compassionate, if not defensive at all times and telling us things like "You don't WANT to have the party I CAN" a phrase so bad faith and false, when we cannot enter the country due to restrictions nor do we know when it will be possible to invest time and money again. It was also compared with the other providers "The setting had to take out a chair and put it back, we did not" When it was clearly not the case, ALL the providers invested time/staff and just like all of them, they did not get to buy anything for our event. He could never tell me what he spent my deposit on. I am very bitter about this conversation to tears and I don't understand how they are in the wedding industry being so insensitive. I wanted to share my story so that other boyfriends don't go through the same thing. Thanks for reading me.

  Tree Kitchen Company is the best Catering in the country. They have very sophisticated food and unite flavors in a unique way. It was an excellent decision to have your services for our wedding!

  Awesome. Amazing. At Tree I tried some of the best dishes of my life. The attention, service and quality is perfect. All the dishes were designed to the last detail. Casa Uno was full of flavors and combined great ingredients. Everything was delightful. I loved. I imagine that having them in your event should be a luxury that is worth it.
