::I recommend visiting this place, the service is excellent, the Km0 concept is strictly adhered to, they support local production and prioritize the use of pesticide-free raw materials. Congratulations to the entire UMAMI team.

::One of the best meals I've had in Argentina. We ordered the costillar de cerdo and bife de ternera (jugoso). Both were around 240 pesos, which in CABA would probably be twice as much. All the flavors were extremely nuanced, it was clear the chef had taken incredible amounts of time considering each element of every dish. I normally find Argentine steak, especially at parrillas, to be very overcooked, even when you order jugoso. So I really appreciated that this steak was actually slightly undercooked, because that way you can send it back to the chef for a few minutes (you can never uncook a steak, only cook more!), then it was the most perfect cut of steak, nice and juicy. The cerdo was very tender too, didn't even need a knife to cut it. All in all a perfect experience, and the chef came to talk to us after the meal was over. Extremely attentive staff and beautiful food. You can't miss it!

::Everything about the food and prices were spot on. Loved the music and the owner was a class act. The service was a touch slow for my liking but I got over it as soon as they finally brought out the delicious risotto de zanahoria. Also, 10% discount if paying with cash. Recommended
