  I give it 4 because sometimes it takes 10 minutes to go down, sometimes more, when there are no people. So the doctors and nurses can have you 30-40 minutes waiting for them to decide to come down. It seems to me that it is not so. They are working. Not at home. 😐

  They don't swab you even if you have symptoms! They also do not follow up on how you are doing with the disease. They only call you once in the entire process.
