I call the central office to see if I can pick it up but they tell me no, that first I have to have missed 2 visits from the postman to be able to pick it up, and that the postman may still take up to 96 more business hours to start the delivery route. Very poor, and the excuse of not communicating with a branch is illogical. Terrible service.
