  What horrible service!!!! They are crooks!!!! 1 week waiting for 2 packages .... and I still haven't arrived ... on top of that they say they passed and it's a lie !!!!!! There are always people at home... chantasssss...

  Terrible service, twice they visited the address and marked the address as non-existent. Non-existent? No serious courier had as many inconveniences as you to deliver the packages, it is not the first time that it happens to me. Not to mention that they are not even able to call by phone (which is supposed to provide it for something), or at least ask a neighbor for me, I have been in that neighborhood since it was founded, it is impossible for them not to know the family! Honestly, I don't even want to receive my purchase anymore!! And terrible that the free market does not give the option of which mail to choose.

  A disaster. I went in the morning to look for the package that was supposed to arrive the day before and the person who attended me told me that it was there, that I had to look for it and that I had to wait an hour or more. Then he told me to come at 5:00 p.m. I went and the one who was there told me that they had sent him back to my house when he had told the other that he was NOT going to be there. That he come back in two hours, that he would call me when the one who took him arrived. Conclusion they never called me and I did not have my package. Put competent people, the useless ones to sweep.

  APPALLING. 5 days waiting for a Full shipment that is supposedly faster. They tell you that they pass and it is a lie. NOBODY answers the numbers that they put you to call. They are scoundrels

  HORRIBL3 I don't understand how the free market continues to work with these S1NVERGUENZAS, always the same every time I buy something and it's my turn for them to bring it I have to spend 3 4 days waiting for them to come because the LIARS put what happened when it's a LIE they don't happen! And so they are x 2 3 days
