::I made a purchase in MLibre and they sent it with Urbano Express, in ML it said delivery date 08/12/22. I want to leave my total complaint and disagreement with Urbano Express. I was at home all day to receive my purchase, Urbano Express never came to my home. In the tracking of my purchase from MLibre on 08/12, Urbano Express wrote "we went through the address and we couldn't deliver", that's a TOTAL LIE, they never did. If Urbano sets a delivery date, "he must meet it, yes or yes." They deserve zero stars, but I put 1 because otherwise they won't let you post a comment. They never answer the phone, nothing serious or responsible.

::I see that I have the same problem as many people. They don't call me, they don't answer the phone and they say they came by and nobody was there but it's a lie, I was at home. I don't know what to do but I hope the package appears soon because it's urgent. On top of that, if I don't give it at least one star, I can't comment.

::They take time to bring the packages, they say that they are going to the home and they cannot find anyone when it is NOT like that, they do not understand the phone and on top of that you go to the office during customer service hours and it is CLOSED. Terrible service, I don't understand how a company like Mercado Libre can work with these incompetents.

::Son lo peor de lo peor. Me mandaron unas zapatillas de regalo y nunca me llegaron. Llamas y no te atienden, les deje mi teléfono para coordinar l entrega y no me llamaron. Yo perdí el regalo porque lo mandaron devuelta al vendedor. Si hacen algun envío, pregunten antes que empresa hace la logística, y si es Urbana, les recomiendo que anulen la compra porque se van a llevar un garrón. Si Maps tendría cero estrellas se lo pondría.
