  The visit is made, they "beg" you to contact the branch to coordinate the delivery or your correspondence will be returned, you call all day at the indicated telephone number and they never answer it. So, you call 0810 that appears in the same visit notice and ... they tell you that you have to contact the branch phone ... and so on ... A total tease.
