  I went to vaccinate my 2 and a half year old baby with the flu. In the mail of the shift it was clarified that for calendar vaccines the order had to be authorized. As he is over 2 years old, it is not on the calendar, but they asked me for authorization, since he did not have it, they did not vaccinate him. To that we add that it took 30 minutes to attend to me from my shift schedule

  Before I would have put 5 stars, today I put 1 and because you can not put less, the attention since the pandemic is NULL, I call by phone no one responds, I send mail no one responds, consult the zero responses page, even through social networks I arrive to consult and nothing, I want to take a virtual turn and the page hangs, my 4-year-old girl needs the flu vaccine every year last year and because of the terrible attention I could not give it, this year it seems that customer service it doesn't exist either. A disaster, a disappointment, they are at the level of the worst in the country.

  I am pregnant, I arrived from work 19:30 and there was the person who was attending and I asked him to please enter me and he did not want to. Zero desire to help others. The vaccine me I had to give it today it was impossible for me to arrive earlier. Very bad. I answer freely to go on Saturday but the obstetrician asked to go today.
