  Muito boa experiência. Hotel novo e muito bem cuidado. O proprietário, Sr.Carlo, nos acolheu de forma exemplar. Muito atencioso e prestativo. Recomendo.

  Cometí el error de no informarme el horario del desayuno (8 en adelante) y llegué 7:30. Pregunté si aunque sea un café sería posible servir..... Y la verdad el hombre (encargado o dueño o empleado) con muy mal gesto contestó intempestivamente que no se podía servir nada antes..... Y como si fuera poco, lo que más me sorprendió, con palabras textuales: ..." Es mas, si los huéspedes vienen y se sientan esperando (en la sala de desayuno), nos molestan", otra vez de muy mala gana.... La verdad para un viajante cómo yo que solo estoy por trabajo, fue.amargante comenzar la mañana así.... No vuelvo más.

  I visited a guest at the hotel and was invited to have breakfast. What a pleasant surprise to have such a wide variety of delicious pastries, sandwiches, eggs prepared in different ways, great coffee different kinds of fruit and all decorated and presented in such a way that it was a delight to the eyes as well as the palate. I must congratulate the staff that takes such good care of the guests. Certainly I will recommend this hotel to my friends abroad when they come to Bariloche.

  I loved this hotel! Beautiful view, the most amazing home made breakfast, and the nicest most helpful manager. Would love to come hear again.
