::Simply fantastic!!! The personnel is polite and professional. Breakfast is exceptional. Hotel bar is decent for a relaxing evening. There is frequent shuttle bus service to the city centre (though the walk next to the lake it is definitely worth it) What more could one ask for?

::An old hotel that needs to be upgraded!! Service was great Ate at their restaurant, the meat, although we specified the cooking terms was under cooked. Returned the plate for a medium well and was given the same raw meat. Couldn’t eat it, and were still charged for it. Do not recommend the hotel or the restaurant

::Excellent service! Clean establishment including outside, lobby, rooms, dining areas, and spa. Pool and spa services are open and available for reasonable hours. Complementary morning breakfast is a spread that covers a large variety of dietary preferences. The on-site restaurant serves fanciful and delicious meals. The bar next to the lobby has later hours and serves beverages plus a limited menu but covers a variety of food items. Many rooms plus the pool and morning dining area have a beautiful view of the lake. Easy access to the walkway that boarders the lake. Highly recommend this hotel.

::Beautifully set on the lakefront, grounds are nice, free shuttle to downtown is very convenient. Breakfast buffet is OK and rooms are clean and modern but with individual AC wall units and paper thin walls (can hear neighbors easily). The pool is just OK. The WhatsApp communication with the front desk is nice but staff were intermittently responsive.

::This hotel is set beautifully on a hill with great views of the lake but lacks some of the basics. The walls and windows are paper thin so you hear dogs barking and cars passing throughout the night, and you'll be incredibly intimate with your next door neighbors. The bathroom is dated and lacks a fan! There are no tissues or water bottles and the reception service is so bland. For example we asked them for a few bottles of water and they said you can have water from the tap! Spa and restaurants are decent, there's a shuttle service to downtown every hour, and the breakfast buffet is ok.
